Norah Head Lighthouse Reserve
Norah Head Lighthouse is located on the Eastern edge of the beautiful Norah Head Village. It has been standing and operating continuously for 118 years this year. The Lighthouse is the grand old lady of the Central Coast and is a real flasher. Some say there is a ‘presence’ in the Lighthouse tower with many people claiming they ‘have felt a hand on their shoulder’ but when turning there is no one there. However, there is a real presence of place at the Lighthouse Reserve. The views are spectacular and the beaches and rock shelves are a gold mine of experiences for inquisitive young minds plus there are plenty of lawns for a family picnic.

We are so very happy and proud to announce that Norah Head Lighthouse was named BEST OF THE BEST in the 2020 Brides Choice Awards.
Also coming away with a win the ‘Best DIY Wedding Venue’ Category, we cannot thank our Brides and Grooms enough for the love and appreciation they have shown through their votes for us.
We pay tribute to our Site Manager, Tracy Stubbings who so ably doubles as Wedding Coordinator Extraordinaire. Her attention to detail and supportive can-do attitude is clearly a winner with our brides. Congratulations, Tracy. Wonderful recognition for wonderful work.
The annual night of nights for the Central Coast region for 2020 was held online due to Covid 19 restrictions on the evening of 9th February 2021. In true iconic style the Light Tower and its Heritage Listed Quarters shone through as a unique beacon for the best location across the Coast. Its historic legacy and stunning backdrop are a drawcard for any bride’s special day.
The Site Manager and team of dedicated Volunteers work tirelessly across the Grounds of the Reserve to keep its cultural and historical significance at the forefront of the local Central Coast Community.
If you haven’t yet taken a walk around the Reserve, we encourage you to drop in one day.

Norah Head Lighthouse has been awarded first place five years in a row in the prestigious Bride’s Choice Awards winning the ‘Best DIY Wedding Venue’ Category. Then to top it off Norah Head Lighthouse won the major award when it was announce as the BEST OF THE BEST in the 2020 Brides Choice Awards.
